I. Brief Description of kiln
19.2m2 Natural Gas Frit kiln adopt heat regenerative Horseshoe Flame Furnace. The furnace with advantages of big production capacity, stable quality, high thermal efficiency, low investment and easy operation as well. It is widely used in ceramic and glass industry at present.
Based on the principles of high capacity and quality, stable production and easy operation, the kiln and its accessory engineering were optimized, reasonable material selection and meticulous construction to achieve the users satisfaction on project. As following action:
1. Kiln body adopt full insulated technology, reducing surface heat radiation to save the energy.
2. The feeding end adopt the pre-melt structure, which can reduce the powder fling and advoid the blocking of check grid, reducing the erosion to the kiln and prolong kiln service life as well.
3. The kiln body adopt the separate support structure inprove the kiln safety operation and reduce the maintain cost.(The seperate support structure means the pool wall, breast wall and big crown with its separate support, it has two advantages, 1st is more safety, 2nd is low maintain cost, when in maintain it just need to maitain the damage part, other part no need maintain.)
4. Adopt external type block brick, the block brick is easy wear out, the external type easy maintain and while in repair no need stop the kiln.
5. The regenerator adopt the Siemens model, total 48layers in height, enlarge the heat exchange area increase the heat exchange efficiency.
II.Production technology process

Note:1. mixed material put into Ton bag, and sent to kiln silo by electric hoist.
2. The frit after water quenched sent to storage tank and dewatered then packed.
3. The process could be changed by user requirement.
