Fused zirconia corundum brick is made after cooling and solidification by the raw material completely casting in a casting mould. Shrinkage cavity which caused by the volume shrinkage in the process of condensation should pay special attention to. The casting way can be divided into ordinary casting, tilt casting, shrinkage casting and quasi shrinkage casting. Different casting methods of AZS products can meet the requirements of various parts of the use of glass furnace.
Code, Name, Characteristics and uses
PT: Common casting, by adapting the common casting method, the product shrinkage cavity is located at the bottom of the casting nozzle, used for melting the upper position.
QX: Tilt casting, by adapting the tilt casting method, the product shrinkage cavity is located at the bottom and mainly used for wall brick.
WS: Non shrinkage casting, it is the shrinkage free products without the shrinkage cavity parts, mainly used for the serious erosion areas such as liquid flow hole, kiln camp, wall corner and surface.
ZWS: Quasi shrinkage casting, similar to the non shrinkage casting, basically removed all cast brick shrinkage parts, mainly used for wall brick.
